Referring that in the current year, the country is facing with a widespread drought, His holiness remarked: People shall reduce many costs in the current year, and if they observe prudence, many problems would be solved.
His holiness stipulated: If people reduce their consumption by ten percent, many of problems would be solved, and the patients and factories will not involve in problems.
Stating that costs are very high and the government shall take effective actions in this regard, His holiness said mentioned: People could contribute the government in reducing high costs through decrease of some inessential costs as well as household consumption which are unnecessary, because when the consumption decreases, the prices too will decrease.
