Ayatollah Makarem Shirazi in a meeting with the head of Atomic Energy Organization said: Geneva agreement was relatively good.
"Some believe that we have played our trump cards too much; thinking about what we want to play as a trump card in the next phase of the agreement?" His eminence said.
His eminence continued: the important thing for people is that what we gained instead of these cards and if they demand more, then, a comprehensive decision should be made.
Stressing that the U.S. and the West are unreliable, he remarked: however, many countries want an agreement to be reached, but Israel does not want any deal to be made.
Emphasizing that the nuclear issue is clear for us, he said: the Supreme Leader banned the production and use of Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMDs), we have the same idea too.
His eminence reiterated: unfortunately, some governments have illusions about Iran, the U.S. government is influenced by the Congress, and the Congress is also affected by the Zionist Regime and maybe they do not want any agreement to be reached.
"The U.S. president who considers his country as a superpower, says that all our concerns is the Israel's security" His eminence said.
Ayatollah Makarem Shirazi emphasized: some of the governments in the region are mere followers of the Zionist regime and obeying it completely.
In another part of his speech, stating that they cannot really be trusted, His eminence pointed: we say that we should move forward, but we must act with caution. We pray that this program would be well done with the help of God, Insha΄allah.
