In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Ever-Compassionate

We belong to Allah, and to Him we return,

The news of the tragic incident of martyrdom of the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hojatoleslam Raisi, and his accompanying staff (may Allah have mercy on them all) caused great sorrow and pain for us all. For many years, he served the people and the school of the Ahl al-Bayt (̒a) in different arenas, and he did not flag or fail in fulfilling is duties. He was a great example of a committed and responsible official and a devoted supporter of the Islamic revolution. His wise stances, taken based his inherent free-spirited attitude, were a source of pride and honor for the Muslim Ummah, and the respectable people of Iran and a large number of the oppressed people all around the world will never forget him or his services.

I offer my heartfelt condolences to the dear people of Iran, and in particular to his family and relatives, and to the state and army officials, and I pray to Allah to j o i n him with the pure Infallibles, and to grant the bereaved patience and a great reward.

I also reassure the people of Iran that, God-willing, and under the auspices of Imam al-Mahdi (̒a), this tragedy will not cause disruption to the disposing of the affairs of the country and the duties of the officials, and everything will be done according to the due legal process.

I pray to Allah for honor and glory for the Islamic Republic and the dear people of Iran.

May the blessing and mercy of Allah be upon you
