In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Ever Compassionate
The crimes of Takfiri groups and targeted massacres in Afghanistan and particularly the recent school bomb attack which resulted in the martyrdom and injury of a large number of innocent, young schoolgirls in this holy month just because of their devotion to and following the Ahl al-Bayt (‘a) have once again caused poignant distress and deep sorrow. Despite the fact that the onset of such insecurities dates back to recent decades, regrettably neither the Afghan government nor the judiciary, military and security organizations of this country have been able to work out a solution to this enormous crisis yet, and we hear the distressing news of heinous acts of bloodshed and massacre in this country on a daily basis.
As well as extending my deep condolences to the blessed presence of Imam of the age (‘a) (May Allah hasten his reappearance) and to the bereaved families of victims and the noble Afghan nation, I wish full recovery for all those wounded in this incident and I condemn it in the strongest terms. I also urgently demand the government officials, national and religious figures of Afghanistan as well as international Muslim communities to severely punish those who waged this attack with the aim of planting the seeds of discord among Muslims and tarnishing the Divine image of Islam.
God willing, the malignant tumor of Takfir and terrorism will soon be eradicated from the Muslim lands.
