As we have been informed, the Bahraini Al Ayyaam and Al Watan newspapers have published some news on Friday 30/08/1393 Hejri Shamsi (21/11/2014) stating that Ayatollah Makarem Shirazi has announced that it is necessary for the people of Bahrain to take part in the up-coming elections. This is completely untrue and his eminence has denied having issued such a fatwa.
