One of the important junctures in the Prophet’s life was his marriage with Khadījah, daughter of Khuwaylid; according to history, their wedding was held on Rabīʻ al-Awwal 10^th and this is the day of their wedding anniversary.

I read your speech on temporary marriage; I directly say that your speech was rather astonishing to me and it left me disgruntled and aggrieved, because I never expected you to use such a language with respect to other Islamic schools of thought. Your words were fierce and provocative, while you used to be a proponent of moderation, fairness, and reliance on compelling logic!
