He reproached the international organization’s silence towards arrogant regimes.

"The UN must think of a way to stop the ongoing wars and bloodshed in different countries.
These organizations though, are mostly consultative organizations and they at the very most release a statement. The Security Council however, which has the ability to do something, is taken f r o m the UN and is run by the arrogant countries."

His eminence denouncing the role of international organizations evaluated their function in preventing more wars, as to be weak and reiterated, “The UN must think of a way to stop the ongoing wars and bloodshed in different countries.
After WWII they sat together and founded the UN as well as the Security Council in order to prevent more wars in the world and stop countries f r o m waging wars against each other."

He referring to the fact that the formula by which the UN is proceeding is wrong considered the veto right as the best witness to the unjust structure of the international decision-making organization and emphasized, "If it is true that these organizations are “international” then no country whatsoever should be able to threaten other countries. The arrogant regimes however, threaten any country and nation they wish, but unfortunately these organizations are like toys in their hands and show no objection towards these crimes."

"The Israeli regime threatens us with war. Based on what? Where are these international organizations? How shameful is such behavior!"

“The world we are living in is a mess; the arrogant regimes do whatever they wish and the international organizations just watch, and in fact are supporting them,” his eminence stated.

His eminence referring to the threats against Iran reiterated, "Based on what law or rule do they behave this way? Today’s world is a world of bullies, the world of Saddams and Hitlers; the more power you have the more right you have to rule! These threats are of no worth though. If Allah wills all of them will fail. The behavior itself however, has to be noticed."

Elsewhere in his speech Ayatollah Makarem continued "Iran affairs have disclosed much of what is going on behind the scene. We always said that there is bullying going on in the background and now the curtains have been removed and, they began to threaten us openly. This signifies that we should become more and more powerful since the weak are trampled. Furthermore, these organizations and their laws cannot be trusted either. Truly man without Divine Power will not be able to solve the problem of justice and security; that is why we should pray for the reappearance of our master Imam Mahdi (‘a)."
